The three young chefs Javier Goya, Javier Mayor and David Alfonso have created a restaurant with an intimate ambience and informal cuisine based on quality raw materials. Guests can chose between three menus: “”A Triciclo ride”” consists of more elaborate dishes, but reminiscent of traditional, home-made flavours; “”A Triciclo journey”” is an adventure into flavours and textures from other parts of the planet. “”From the market to Triciclo”” brings out the flavours of fresh, natural products, with minimal cooking. The restaurant also has three different areas to enjoy its food: the bar, where you can have a more informal tapa; a reserved area for a maximum of 12 diners, and a larger dining room. Reservations for the white and woody dining room are essential.
