La Catapa is an upscale version of a typical Madrid tavern serving amazing seafood at the counter and the restaurant paired with excellent wines or Sherry. A couple great dishes are the arroz meloso (sticky rice) with shrimp and baby squid, octopus with patatas revolconas, and lamb sweetbreads with mushrooms.
