A Tapas Bar which made it into the New York Times. The restaurant experiments with a fusion of Spanish, Latin American and Asian flavours while keeping a small roster of faithfully executed classics like callos a la madrileña (tripe stew). Some of the favorites are a handful of tuna dishes, using the high-quality fish found in Malta and southern Spain.
